At The Swiss Link, we take the utmost care to ensure every timepiece is handled, packaged, and delivered with precision and professionalism. All parcels are securely packaged, tracked, and fully insured for their full sale value.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are dispatched free of charge via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We dispatch same day on cleared funds (Monday to Friday), and every parcel is sent using an insured, next-working-day delivery service that requires a signature upon receipt.

Clients are also welcome to collect their purchase in person from our Huddersfield office by prior appointment. We encourage this wherever possible to provide a more personal and secure handover experience.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery through FedEx or DHL Express, with all parcels fully insured and tracked throughout transit.
International shipping is quoted individually depending on the destination. Dispatch takes place once the client has confirmed the shipping cost and accepted liability for any import VAT, duties, or local taxes payable in their country.

We are unable to declare items at a reduced value or mark shipments as gifts. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, local customs procedures, and clearance times.

Delivery

All dates quoted by us for dispatch and delivery, though given in good faith, are estimates only. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure delivery by the carrier within the estimated lead time from the date of order confirmation, and in any event within 30 days of that date—except where additional time is required (for example, if further testing or authentication is necessary before shipment).
Please note that we do not ship to certain countries or addresses, including military, restricted areas, or P.O. boxes.

Delivery will be deemed completed when we or our appointed courier deliver the products to your provided address, or when you collect the products from our premises.
If you independently arrange for another courier or third party to collect the products, delivery will be deemed completed when they are collected from our premises by your appointed party.

We reserve the right to conduct a full investigation into any claims of non-delivery, which may include reporting the matter to local police or relevant authorities. Investigations will be handled promptly but are dependent on the cooperation of third parties.

Customs

If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with the relevant customs office.

The Swiss Link has no control over these charges and accepts no liability for any associated costs or delays. If you are unsure whether such charges may apply to your order, we recommend contacting your local customs or tax authority for further information.

You must comply with all applicable laws and import regulations in your country of receipt. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the client.

Insurance & Responsibility

All shipments from The Swiss Link are fully insured until signed for by the named recipient.
In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, we will liaise directly with the courier and insurance provider to ensure a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
