Online Purchases (Distance Sales)
If you have purchased your watch online or via distance communication (e.g. email, phone, or video consultation), you have the right to cancel your contract of sale within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
Products purchased online are supplied with a tamper-proof returns sticker, allowing you to try on and inspect the item to ensure it meets your expectations before deciding to keep it.
To exercise your right to cancel:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at aftersales@theswisslink.co.uk and follow the instructions provided; or
- Send us a written statement confirming your intention to cancel; or
- Complete the Model Cancellation Form below and email or post it to us (optional).
To meet the 14-day cancellation deadline, your notice simply needs to be sent before the period expires.
In-Person Purchases
Purchases made in person at our showroom or office are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may offer store credit for the full value of the item if returned in original, unworn, and saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.
Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed against any future purchase with The Swiss Link.
Returning Your Item
All return postage, packaging, and insurance costs are your responsibility unless the item arrives faulty. You must ensure the product is securely packaged and fully insured during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured serviceand retaining proof of postage.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs (excluding insurance and ancillary fees), provided:
- you comply with our return instructions; and
- you provide proof of the postage cost.
You are responsible for correctly completing all customs declarations when returning goods from outside the UK. Any import/export duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred are your responsibility. We cannot predict or reimburse these charges.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in their original condition, including:
- all packaging, accessories, and documentation;
- certificates and warranty cards (where applicable);
- the tamper-proof returns sticker intact and undamaged.
We reserve the right to make deductions from your refund, or refuse your return, if the watch shows any signs of wear, damage, tampering, or unnecessary handling.
Each returned product will be inspected by our servicing department to verify authenticity and condition before a refund or store credit is issued.
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return. Until the item is safely received by us (or our appointed courier), you remain responsible for the goods and any associated risks.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible online returns will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will not be issued for items purchased in person — only store credit may be provided at our discretion.
