I had a brilliant experience with The Swiss Link. I part exchanged my Omega for a Rolex and the process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Dan was friendly and knowledgeable and made everything hassle free. I'd definitely use them again and highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a trustworthy watch dealer.
I managed to get a great deal on a Rolex Submariner 124060 . I found the price point of the watch much more realistic than some other dealers selling the same watch at a far higher over inflated price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Swiss Link again in the future. I dealt with Dan who was friendly and helpful throughout the deal. The watch was sent on next day delivery, free of charge and the watch was in immaculate condition. Overall a great service .

Spoke regarding a link for my Rolex. Was told he was away and would ring upon his return. 2 days after his return date I rang again and was told he would weigh a link and ring me back, still waiting. Very poor service.
Really both top top lads I rang up asked for a watch i needed half hour later rang me to say he’s got one and at a super price will definitely use again as two genuine gentleman!!!once again thank you
SwissLink Watches are an outstanding company! Dan and James are so incredibly helpful and offer the best service I have ever experienced from watch dealers. I sold a watch to them today, which was such a smooth and trouble free experience. We agreed a price and I was paid within a few minutes by bank transfer! The whole process was excellent. James made us feel very welcome and even showed us a few of their other lovely watches while we were waiting for paperwork to be ready. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!! If you want to buy or sell a luxury watch, you need to get in touch with these guys…. I know I will again!!!
