At The Swiss Link your watch is in very safe hands with highly experienced watchmaker with over 20 years experience. All work comes with a 12 months warranty and service.

Below is the step by step service & repair process:

  1. Our watchmaker will assess the watch.
  2. Within 5 working days we will email you a detailed quotation.
  3. Customer to reply back via email informing us if you are happy for the work to be carried out or alternatively would like your watch returning and no work to be undertaken.
  4. The usual time for a service on a standard mechanical movement is 10 – 15 working days but this may vary subject to the workload. (The lead time will be stated on the quotation emailed)
  5. We will contact you as soon as the watch is back in the office and ready for collection or dispatch via fully insured Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery Before 1pm. No items will be released until full payment has been made.

All works carried out are subject to The Swiss Links Terms and Conditions.

In the event of the watch malfunctioning during the 12 month period after receiving the watch simply return it to us no questions asked and we will have it sorted and back with you within 10 working days (Subject to Terms & Conditions and Watchmaker workload)
