Please Note anything not listed here requires an estimate before a quote can be given. Anything older than 20 years will need an initial estimate before a quote can be given.

Service & Repair Process

1: Fill in your watch servicing requirements in the form below– all fields MUST be filled in.

2: We will send confirmation of your inputted details – Please print off a copy of this repair form and include it in the shipment (if posting).

3: Pack the watch only securely and discreetly and fix our postage label to the parcel.

4: On receiving your watch we will send you a received confirmation email.

5: A quotation for works if different from the Service and Repairs price list will be sent to you.

6: You will then be required to confirm for that we are aurthorised to complete the work, via email. (Allow up to 5 working days for a quotation as it can vary due to watchmaker workload)

7: If parts are required, a lead time will be required from our watchmaker to receive the part, as we only use genuine parts on any repairs carried out. We will email you this lead time.

8: The usual turn around for a standard service and polish is 10 working days but this can vary if parts are required.

9: When the watch is ready to be returned an invoice will be issued via email to you, and on cleared payment the watch is shipped back safely and securely. (Alternatively collection from our private secure office is more than recommended on an appointment only basis.

All works carried out are subject to The Swiss Links Terms and Conditions.

In the event of the watch malfunctioning during the 12 month period after receiving the watch simply return it to us no questions asked and we will have it sorted and back with you within 10 working days (Subject to Terms & Conditions and Watchmaker workload)
