The Rolex Air King 116900 is a modern, sporty timepiece featuring a larger 40mm case made from Oystersteel, a highly durable 904L stainless steel. Its black dial has distinctive large Arabic numerals at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock, combined with green and yellow accents that recall vintage pilot watches. The watch is powered by Rolex’s Calibre 3131, a self-winding mechanical movement with excellent precision and anti-magnetic properties, offering a power reserve of around 48 hours. It is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and is water-resistant up to 100 metres (330 feet), making it practical for everyday use.
