This 2023 example features the striking slate (rhodium) sunburst dial with signature turquoise seconds hand, a platinum (Pt950) bidirectional bezel, and a 40mm Oystersteel case. Powered by the modern Rolex calibre 3235, it provides a 70-hour power reserve, improved shock resistance, and exceptional precision. The Yacht-Master balances sporty styling with luxury finishing, making it suitable for both everyday wear and special occasions. Supplied as a full set, this watch includes its original Rolex box, 2023 warranty card, booklets and tags. Should you buy now, or wait? I don’t think there’s any need to wait anymore, prices are nice and stable, especially on the everyday pieces, like steel GMT’s, Submariner’s and Datejust models. Gold pieces are representing crazy value, now prices increased at retail, just a few days ago. They certainly won’t be getting any cheaper, after that.
