The Rolex GMT-Master II 126710BLNR, is a high-performance watch designed for global travellers. Its 40mm Oystersteel case houses a black dial, with large, luminescent hour markers and Mercedes hands, ensuring optimal legibility under various lighting conditions. The watch features a bidirectional rotatable 24-hour graduated bezel in blue and black Cerachrom insert, which allows wearers to read two time zones simultaneously. The distinctive 24-hour hand displays the “home” reference time, while the local time can be set independently, thanks to an ingenious mechanism operated via the winding crown. This watch is powered by the Rolex Calibre 3285, boasting a 70-hour power reserve and improved efficiency and durability. Should you buy now, or wait? I don’t think there’s any need to wait anymore, prices are nice and stable, especially on the everyday pieces, like steel GMT’s, Submariner’s and Datejust models. Gold pieces are representing crazy value, now prices increased at retail, just a few days ago. They certainly won’t be getting any cheaper, after that.
