This 2011 example features the highly sought-after white dial, offering exceptional legibility and classic Daytona aesthetics, housed in a 40mm Oystersteel case with polished steel tachymeter bezel and Oyster bracelet. Powered by the legendary Rolex calibre 4130, renowned for its reliability, vertical clutch chronograph and efficient architecture, this watch is supplied as a full set, including box, warranty card and booklets. Should you buy now, or wait? I don’t think there’s any need to wait anymore, prices are nice and stable, especially on the everyday pieces, like steel GMT’s, Submariner’s and Datejust models. Gold pieces are representing crazy value, now prices increased at retail, just a few days ago. They certainly won’t be getting any cheaper, after that.
