Decided to treat myself to a nice watch for a scary number birthday and The Swiss Link and Dan could not have been more helpful and accommodating - very patiently helped with my (many) questions and queries, talked me through the details of the particular watch I was interested in and other comparable ones, and packed and posted it to me in record speed. The watch turned up, extremely well packed, and exactly as described - well, in actual fact, a lot better than described - it's fantastic and I'm really happy with it. I sold a watch to them today, which was such a smooth and trouble free experience. We agreed a price and I was paid within a few minutes by bank transfer! The whole process was excellent.
