This reference 311.30.42.30.01.006 features the iconic 42mm stainless-steel case, black dial, hesalite-style layout, and the highly desirable sapphire crystal front and exhibition sapphire caseback, allowing a clear view of the beautifully finished calibre 1863 movement. Should you buy now, or wait? I don’t think there’s any need to wait anymore, prices are nice and stable, especially on the everyday pieces, like steel GMT’s, Submariner’s and Datejust models. Gold pieces are representing crazy value, now prices increased at retail, just a few days ago. They certainly won’t be getting any cheaper, after that.
